Jean Kensle Figaro is a Finance and Program Management Professional with over a decade of experience in project management, financial analysis, and risk management. As a PMP-certified professional, he has effectively managed projects, optimized operational processes, and provided data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments.

In his role at JP Morgan Chase, Kensle performed operational audits, leveraging data analytics to enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations. He also has experience supporting digital transformation initiatives across six Caribbean countries while working as an operations consultant for the Interamerican Development Bank. 

Kensle holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he developed expertise in global business strategies, financial planning and digital transformation. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole and is passionate about using his skills to drive efficiency and growth in dynamic environments. Kensle excels in leading cross-functional teams, implementing innovative financial strategies, and overseeing large-scale initiatives with precision and impact.

Beyond his corporate and financial expertise, Kensle is a committed changemaker who serves on the board of the Haitian Timoun Foundation, working to create generational change in Haiti. He is a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation.
